Refund & Replacement Policy

At Panther Food Processing Private Limited, we strive to ensure that our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition. Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.


Replacement Policy

If the correct product ordered by the customer is not delivered, or if the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory, the customer may request a replacement at the time of delivery.

To process a replacement request, it is mandatory for the customer to share clear images of the product highlighting the issue. Panther Food Processing Private Limited reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a replacement. Once approved, the product will be replaced with a new one.

If the products delivered do not match the order placed, we will replace them with the correct products.


Delivery Failure & Address Issues

If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or insufficient delivery address
  • Recipient not available at the delivery location
  • Delivery address found locked
  • Refusal to accept the delivery

The customer will still be charged for the order.

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Re-shipping the order will incur an additional delivery charge

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.


Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Refund Policy.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. We only offer product replacement in cases of confirmed manufacturing or quality defects, subject to inspection and approval.
